About Me

My primary degree in Hotel Management led me to a career in recruitment, where I quickly learned what motivated me was guiding clients to meaningful employment. This eventually led me to work for many years in the public sector as a Jobs Coach, mentoring and advocating for people in under-represented and marginalised communities to find and maintain employment.

During this time I studied and received a BA Hons in Counselling & Psychotherapy. While delving into a foundation somatic psychotherapeutic course, ‘core center process psychotherapy’; craniosacral therapy found me, and life has not been the same since. I retrained as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

The journey transformed limiting belief and body patterns which I thought were my experience of the world. From many wonderful teachers I found myself connecting back deeply to my heritage and understanding intergenerational process patterns and imprints.

My mentor Tanya Desfontaines who learned from and taught with forerunners in the Biodynamic field has been a guiding light to my practice, where I have the joy of working with clients pre and peri-natally; with children & their families and adults. All the while my practice has been evolving, so too has my deep connection with the land and waters where generations of my family have lived and worked.

Through my own health journey, I have gained an embodied way of being and understanding of the wider connective web of all life.
My therapeutic approach is body centered, trauma informed, and client led. Informed by the principles of biodynamic understandings where the health of a client is ever present and each breath is an invitation for deeper connection to the breath of all life.
